There are 3 types of building contracts:

Fixed price – Home builders construct one of their own models and need to add exorbitant profit margins, THEY HAVE TOO, the price of building material constantly changes.
Material and labor cost plus their % cost– This rewards waste and makes no sense. The MORE MATERIAL “used” and the MORE EXPENSIVE the material THE MORE THE BUILDER MAKES. “Two nails where 1 would work? Sure. Broken drywall? Darn, looks like we will just have to buy another pallet” $$$$$
Cost of material and labor plus a fixed, agreed upon fee. THIS IS THE ONLY FAIR WAY and this is why we call ourselves Fixed Fee Builders.

We offer flexibilities with:

Subs

You have a sub that you would like to use? No problem, we will vet them for you. You want to do the work yourself? We can do that too!

Budget

Do want a premium bathtub but don’t have a preference on the refinement level of your vinyl flooring? We can work your budget to your tastes and have TONS of experience doing so.

Change Order

Did you change your mind on the can lights? We can switch ‘em out!
